Employment Type: Part time Shift: 12 Hour Evening Shift Description: LPN Med Rated Per diem Samaritan Hospital, Troy You will assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meetings the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit Highlights: Quality of Life: Where career opportunities and quality of life converge Advancement: Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career development Work/Life: Positions and shifts to accommodate all schedules What you will do: Facilitate patient care with the care team Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment Other duties as assigned Promotes and supports an organized work environment Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the RN provides quality nursing care focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience What you will need: Current NYS LPN license BLS Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers 1 year of LPN experience Pay range from $24.00 - $30.10 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
