We're looking for a high-energy, people-first New Stand Opening Manager to join one of the fastest-growing drive-thru coffee franchise organizations in the country. Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base | Performance bonus | Medical, dental & vision insurance | PTO | Real growth opportunity as the organization scales

This role requires travel up to 90% of the time, including weekends and holidays.

Your Mission

Every new location needs to open with confident teams, strong operational foundations, and unmistakable brand energy. That's you. As New Stand Opening Manager, you'll be the on-site leader through every phase of a new stand launch — from hiring and training to grand opening execution — ensuring each location is operationally sound, culturally aligned, and set up to win long-term.

What You'll Do

Support & Execute New Stand Openings

• Travel to new locations to lead and support all phases of the opening process
  
• Partner with NSO and Operations teams on hiring, onboarding, and opening-week preparation
  
• Lead stand setup, inventory placement, and execution of local launch and grand opening events
  
• Serve as the on-site resource for Stand Leaders and leadership teams throughout opening weeks
  

Train & Develop Teams

• Train new team members across all roles from front-line crew to Stand Leaders
  
• Coach Shift Leads through training milestones, daily recaps, and performance expectations
  
• Provide hands-on leadership during peak hours to support speed, quality, and guest flow
  
• Reinforce core operational standards including drink builds, brand consistency, and speed of service
  

Build Culture from Day One

• Model the brand's tone, energy, and standards in every single interaction
  
• Deliver real-time coaching, recognition, and feedback that builds confidence and capability
  
• Identify high-potential talent early and support leadership development at the stand level
  
• Foster connection, accountability, and positive momentum from the very first shift
  

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations, training, or team leadership — QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred
  
• Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and building team culture from the ground up
  
• Calm, confident, and adaptable in high-energy, high-pressure environments
  
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and leads by example
  
• Operationally sharp with a genuine customer-first mindset
  
• Willing and able to travel up to 90% of the time including weekends and holidays
  
• Prior experience with this drive-thru coffee brand is a significant plus
