Window Treatment Installer Northern Oregon & Southwest Washington Coast

$18–25/hour DOE | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Paid Training | 401(k) Match | PTO

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike. You'll spend your days:

• Installing custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, motorized shades, and window film in residential and commercial settings.
• Solving installation challenges and finding creative solutions when every window isn't "textbook."
• Measuring windows for future installations.
• Teaching customers how to operate and care for their new products.
• Working independently while staying connected with our office and sales team.
• Keeping your work vehicle, tools, and warehouse materials organized.
• Receiving and organizing freight.
• Representing Budget Blinds with professionalism in every customer's home.

Experience We Love (But Don't Require)

You don't need window treatment experience. We'll train the right person.

• Carpentry
• Framing
• Construction
• Roofing
• Property Maintenance
• Facilities Maintenance
• Cabinet Installation
• Finish Carpentry
• Remodeling
• Electrical or Plumbing
• Automotive or Mechanical Repair
• General Handyman Work

What This Job Is Really Like

This isn't a job where you punch a clock and stand in one place all day.

You'll drive to different homes and businesses throughout Northern Oregon and Southwest Washington, solve unique installation challenges, meet interesting people, and leave every customer with a finished product they're excited about.

One day you may be installing motorized shades in a custom beachfront home. The next, you could be installing shutters in a local business or helping troubleshoot an existing product.

If you enjoy variety and like seeing the results of your work every day, you'll probably love this job.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable lifting products and working on tall ladders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout our service area during the workday.
