Requirements

• Eaglesoft
• Licensed dental hygienist
• Open Dental

What We’re Looking For
• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Minnesota.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and medical terminology.
• Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft or similar dental software (Open Dental experience is a plus).

Job Description

What You’ll Do
• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture high-quality radiographs for diagnostic purposes.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental systems such as Eaglesoft, ensuring all medical terminology and coding are correctly applied.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Work with pediatric patients to create a positive experience and promote good oral health habits from an early age.
