Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in hormone therapy who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. 

This is an ideal role for a provider who values autonomy, enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, and prefers practicing outside the constraints of traditional insurance-based medicine. 

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage hormone and metabolic conditions while developing personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and vitality.

Compensation & Growth

This position begins at a minimum of 2 days per week, with the opportunity to expand to 3–4 days per week if desired. It offers a base salary with a clear pathway to higher earnings. As production exceeds base compensation, you may transition to a commission-based model designed for high-performing providers.

We have strong, established patient demand, allowing providers to quickly build a full, consistent schedule and scale their income

• Full-Time Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
• Part-Time Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (DOE)
• Starting Base Salary is based on experience, level of autonomy, and overall contribution to the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations
• Order and interpret hormone and specialty labs 
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including: 
• Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Pellet therapy
• Peptides and regenerative therapies
• Supplements and lifestyle interventions
• Perform pellet insertion procedures (training available if needed)
• Educate patients on treatment plans and long-term wellness strategies
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing patient health optimization
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members

Required Qualifications

• Active Idaho Nurse Practitioner License
• Active Idaho DEA Registration
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year experience prescribing hormones and interpreting hormone labs
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a cash-pay practice model
• Strong interest in hormone optimization and patient outcomes
