Department Overview The RF Ste Access Team develops Digital and RF Site equipment and controller equipment for government and public safety customers. Field‑Programmable Gate Array Devices reside on the product controllers. Job Description The Digital Team develops digital designs and firmware used in the Field‑Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) that form the basis for digital design controllers. Responsibilities include: Capturing requirements Writing code in C, VHDL, and Verilog Writing test scripts in Python Using diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems Documenting device interface specifications Performing digital design interfacing analysis to the FPGAs Additional Qualified Skills Experience in C coding, Verilog, VHDL, and low‑level Python scripting Ability to complete digital timing analysis and debug with logic and Ethernet networking analyzers Coursework in FPGA design and digital design preferred Target Base Salary Range $70,000 – $100,000 USD (varies based on knowledge, skills, and experience) Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Travel: None Relocation: Provided U.S. Benefits Incentive Bonus Plans Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401(k) with Company Match 10 Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off Packages Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid Parental & Family Leave EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
