Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to join our growing research team. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional passionate about advancing clinical research and patient care.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting clinical research studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols. You will play a critical role in participant engagement, data accuracy, and communication across research teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit study-related documents to research review committees and maintain regulatory files
• Coordinate day-to-day clinical research activities
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
• Obtain informed consent and educate participants on study protocols and requirements
• Complete and maintain source documentation and case report forms (CRFs)
• Conduct nursing assessments and ensure appropriate reporting of findings
• Maintain accurate and compliant study records in accordance with sponsor guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Investigators, Sponsors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research required
• Active RN License in State of Ohio
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $46.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
