Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist who will effectively screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. The role involves developing appropriate plans of care while adhering to all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practice, the Physical Therapist will support clinical interventions and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and wound care.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans in compliance with clinical record requirements.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans.
• Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records in accordance with company policy.
• Participate in mandatory meetings, trainings, and conferences to enhance professional development and patient care.
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as necessary.
• Adhere to APTA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.

Location: This position is based in Oklahoma.

Schedule: This is a day shift position with an 8-hour work schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience is required.
• New graduates are welcome if they possess Level II experience (not just Level I observation).
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation is required.
• Valid Oklahoma Physical Therapist License is required.

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
