Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license
- Strong foundation in Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS/MnMTSS)
- Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
- Background in crisis prevention, threat assessment, and school mental health
- Experience delivering professional development for educators
- Understanding of culturally responsive assessment and instructional practices
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations to support students’ eligibility for special education and related services
- Interpret and clearly present assessment results to parents, educators, and teams to support student success
- Prepare clear, detailed reports following Minnesota Department of Education and federal regulations
- Participate collaboratively in initial evaluations, reevaluations, and independent educational evaluations
- Serve as an active member of Child Study Teams, Problem Solving Teams, and IEP teams, contributing valuable expertise
- Deliver individual and small-group interventions focused on social-emotional learning, behavior, and crisis support when needed
