All candidates who work for this client must be credentialed at a MINIMUM of two of their facilities. Onsite candidates are exempt from this requirement but is still requested. If a provider falls below the required production standards, they will receive a 15-day notice of cancellation. During this period, they will continue working and will complete their contract at the end of 15 days. However, if their performance improves within those 15 days, the contract may be reinstated, allowing them to continue their contract. Requirements : Rads have to read all modalities. Board Certification : Required State license required : Yes, required Credentialing time frame : 30-60 days Willing To License : Client will license if the candidate already has a license that can be used for at least one of their other facilities. PACS : Fuji/Synapse Dictation : PS360 EMR : Cerner Interview process : Name clear with NPI. Will offer based on CV and completed modality checklist.
