Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Growth Opportunities into Lead Roles & Machining Positions

We are seeking candidates who can be flexible and open to working one of the following schedules:

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Swing Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours

Occasional overtime may be available.

As a Deburr Technician, you'll help ensure aerospace components meet the highest quality standards by:

• Removing excess material and surface imperfections from machined metal parts
• Grinding, polishing, refining, and deburring precision components
• Using hand tools, die grinders, belt sanders, and abrasive wheels
• Performing edge breaks and finishing operations on aerospace parts
• Following blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards
• Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and workmanship

• Manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work available shifts as business needs change

• Deburring, grinding, polishing, or metal finishing experience
• Experience working with aerospace or precision-machined parts
• Blueprint reading experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
