Vice President, Business Analyst/Product Owner US Transfer Agency Location: Westborough, MA or Boston, MA Responsibilities Working within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Platform Leadership, and US Transfer Agency teams to understand and prioritize client system development requirements Providing ongoing engineering and product support, addressing issues as they arise, and conducting analysis to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements Documenting and communicating business requirements Ensuring timely delivery of solutions in alignment with client priorities Facilitating meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements Developing and executing test plans and coordinating all levels of testing Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Mutual Funds/ETFs/Alternatives/Digital Assets, is highly desirable Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and software Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment and in facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes Internal and external client‑facing experience is required Benefits and Compensation BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay‑for‑performance philosophy.
