Your Support System:

You'll report to our Event Set Up Manager. You'll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Sales and Banquets. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

How We Work:

Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska Arbor Day Farm Campus Schedule: Part-Time; flexible schedule Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we're going to do something it's worth doing well.

What You'll Do:

• Work with a team. Be part of creating a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront of creating amazing guest experiences.
• Explore environments. Creating and setting the stage in multiple venues, both inside and outside, no two days are the same!
• Set up and tear down events. Move quickly to maneuver equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solve. Work to ensure video and audio equipment is set up and working properly throughout the event, troubleshooting any issues.
