Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician looking for a hands-on role where your skills make a real impact? Join a growing team where you’ll work with advanced equipment, solve complex problems, and help keep operations running at peak performance.

Shift: Mon- Friday - Must work 2 weekends per month 2nd shift 3:00pm- 11:00 pm and 3rd shift 11:00pm- 7:00am

Electrical & Controls:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 460V.
  • Diagnose AC/DC motors (up to 500 HP).
  • Work with PLC systems (Allen Bradley required; Siemens a plus).
  • Troubleshoot drives (ABB, Parker, Eurotherm).
  • Install and commission new equipment.
  • Maintain instrumentation (pressure, temperature, level, proximity sensors, etc.).

Preventative Maintenance:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Read and follow schematics and technical manuals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Respond quickly to production issues.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • 3+ years of industrial electrician experience.
  • Strong knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, and controls.
  • Ability to read electrical & mechanical schematics.
  • PLC troubleshooting/programming experience preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology (a plus).

Work Environment:

  • Industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Frequent standing, lifting (10–50 lbs), bending, and climbing.
  • Ability to work at heights and in tight spaces.
  • Rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekend work.
