Manager, Senior System AnalystThe Manager, Senior System Analyst is a hands-on technical role focused on the design, development, implementation, optimization, support and governance of Monday.com across the organization. This role drives platform adoption, establishes best practices, and aligns Monday.com capabilities with business objectives and operational processes. We are doing everything in our power to live up to our mission of creating new products for better health worldwide in two important therapeutic categories: neuroscience and nephrology.This Monday.com SME will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Monday.com solutions, including configuration, integration, customization, and performance monitoring. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflows, dashboards, and automation that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Design, build, and optimize workflows, dashboards, automations, and integrations within Monday.com.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all boards and workflows.Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.Partner with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and improvements.Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to drive adoption.Implement integrations between Monday.com and other applications.Drive automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive-level insights.Monitor KPIs and platform usage to identify optimization opportunities.Stay updated with new Monday.com features and capabilities.Qualifications Knowledge/ Experience and Skills:5+ years of IT experience required, with 4 years of hands-on experience with Monday.com in an advanced and administrative capacity.Proven experience designing workflows, dashboards, and automations on Monday.com.Strong understanding of technology trends and industry best practices that improve business processes and solution delivery effectiveness.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities beyond Monday.com, including other platforms, tools, or operational initiatives as required.Quickly learn and apply new technologies to support evolving business and digital transformation needs.Educational Qualifications:Minimum of a bachelor's degree; preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or adjacent fields.Advanced degree in sciences, business administration, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.Competencies:Accountability for Results - Stay focused on key strategic objectives, be accountable for high standards of performance, and take an active role in leading change.Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving - Make decisions considering the long-term impact to customers, patients, employees, and the business.Patient & Customer Centricity - Maintain an ongoing focus on the needs of our customers and/or key stakeholders.Impactful Communication - Communicate with logic, clarity, and respect. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role. Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum.
