Maintenance Supervisor OpportunityOpportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance projects, improve equipment reliability, and support major shutdowns and capital improvements at a large cement manufacturing operation.Key ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Maintenance Manager.Reduce maintenance costs through effective planning and execution.Improve equipment reliability by implementing predictive maintenance programs.Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective maintenance projects.Lead maintenance activities during major plant shutdowns.Coordinate and complete assigned capital improvement projects.Identify equipment problems and implement corrective actions.QualificationsAssociate degree (minimum) in Engineering or a related technical field; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Preferred Heavy Industrial ExperienceCement/LimeMiningAggregatesTechnical SkillsMechanical MaintenancePredictive MaintenanceEquipment ReliabilityBlueprint & Schematic ReadingProject CoordinationMicrosoft OfficeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.Work AuthorizationCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
