What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing the daily operations of the rehab department with a hands-on, team-first approach
Supporting and mentoring therapy staff while fostering a positive, engaged culture
Ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Helping shape programs and initiatives that elevate the rehab services offered
