About the Role:

Murray Ventilation Products LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Stuart, FL. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations including production, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet performance goals
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, reporting results to senior leadership
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of operations management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record
• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/MRP software
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, or industrial products is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
