An experienced inpatient pharmacist opportunity is available at a 300-bed hospital in Quincy, IL, requiring coverage for the overnight shift on a 7-on/7-off schedule. This travel assignment starts ASAP and is expected to last at least 13 weeks.

Location:

• Quincy, IL (travel assignment with potential relocation flexibility)

Schedule/Hours:

• Overnight shift, approximately 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 7 days on, 7 days off

Responsibilities:

• Manage and verify inpatient medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy
• Utilize hospital IT systems including EPIC and Omnicell to maintain medication records and support workflow
• Monitor inventory and assist in medication dispensing for the inpatient unit

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with EPIC systems is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours
