Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that create a supportive network for clients to share experiences, build connections, and learn collaboratively.

• Conducting individualized therapy sessions where you will apply empathy and expertise to explore clients' thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, aiding them in developing coping strategies tailored to their unique challenges.

• Collaborating with clients to design and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address specific needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress using assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

• Coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular communication to share insights, and aiding in complex case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving young adults aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a critical stage of their lives, nurturing hope and resilience as they navigate their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a notable ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.

• Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
