Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care support to residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as appropriate, ensuring resident comfort and safety.
- Monitor residents’ condition, report changes or concerns to the care team, and participate in handoffs between shifts.
- Support memory care programming and therapeutic activities to promote engagement and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified living environment; document care provided and respond to call lights promptly.

- Ability to work effectively in a memory care setting and support residents with varying cognitive needs.
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment.
