We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista Cashier to join our vibrant Brew Crew team. This role combines the art of crafting high‑quality coffee and tea beverages with providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and quality standards. Operate POS systems including Aloha and Micros for accurate order processing and cash handling. Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and provide friendly customer service throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety and food handling procedures. Assist in food preparation and serving light food items as needed. Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods using strong time management skills. Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times. Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth service flow. Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly desirable, especially within café or retail environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle high‑volume periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in coffee preparation, serving beverages, and food handling is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
