This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled trades professional looking for a stable, long-term career.ResponsibilitiesSet up, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial machineryRebuild machines, assemblies, and mechanical componentsAssemble, repair, tear down, and rebuild forming and production equipmentPerform routine and preventive maintenance on processing and production machineryDiagnose mechanical issues and identify root causes to minimize downtimeWork with engineers, production personnel, and other trades to resolve machining and assembly problemsUse engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to complete repairs and rebuildsSafely operate shop equipment and precision toolsUse cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment to safely move heavy machinery and componentsQualificationsSkilled Trades Journeyman card preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent experienceAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsProficiency with precision measuring instrumentsExperience safely using shop equipment such as drill presses, band saws, grinders, and sandersManual or CNC lathe and mill experience preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of mechanical repair, machine rebuilding, and industrial maintenanceStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment with exposure to noise, oil, heat, and machineryAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform overhead workMust be willing to work day or night shift as assignedMust be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the positionEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
