El Expedidor, miembro del equipo de recepcin, es un enrgico jugador de equipo y enlace entre FOH y BOH. Su responsabilidad es cumplir con el pedido con cuidado, de manera oportuna, precisa y con los ms altos estndares para brindar una experiencia inolvidable a nuestros invitado.
Responsabilidades
- Preparar pedidos de comida para llevar a cenar
- Garantizar la precisin de los alimentos, prestando gran atencin a los detalles
- Asegurarse de que la presentacin de los alimentos sea satisfactoria
- Empaquetar pedidos en lnea y/o de catering
- Mantiene estndares generales de saneamiento, salud, limpieza y seguridad para reas de preparacin de alimentos, servicios de cocina y vajillas y utensilios.
- Sigue y cumple con todas las reglas, polticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
