License: Dietitian License
Certifications: BLS (AHA), Registered Dietitian (RD) via CDR
Must-Have: Bachelor's degree

Description:
The Inpatient Registered Dietitian plans, coordinates, and participates in the nutritional care process of the inpatient population.
Quality nutritional care must be provided consistently.
The Registered Dietitian will collaborate with food service staff, nursing, and medical staff to ensure patient needs are clearly understood.
Diet-related physician orders need to be followed diligently.
This position includes covering for the outpatient dietitian as needed.
Participation in quality improvement programs concerning clinical services is required.
This role will also involve participating in the Joint Commission process, including yearly reviews of standards and scoring guidelines with the Food Services Manager.
