That philosophy drives everything we do, and as our Sales Consultant & Estimator, you'll be the one who introduces it to every homeowner we serve.

You'll be the person who sits at the kitchen table with a family, walks their backyard, listens to what they're dreaming of, and turns that vision into a clear, accurate proposal they can say "yes" to with confidence.

As the premier deck builder in Alabama and West Georgia, we're looking for someone who wants more than a sales job. We're looking for someone who wants to own the entire client journey, from the first conversation to the signed contract, and be rewarded for it.

Compensation:

$120,000

Responsibilities:

If you're a confident communicator, a sharp estimator, and someone who loves the thrill of helping a homeowner make a big decision they'll love for years, this role offers something most sales positions can't: real ownership.

Our office team handles inbound calls and books your first appointment, so you can spend your time where it matters most: with clients. From there, the pipeline is yours. Instead of being boxed into one narrow task, you'll be hands-on in:

• Discovery Calls

• Onsite Consultations & Measurements

• Estimating & Proposals

• Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

• Handoff to Operations

• Outside Sales & Referral Partnerships

• Community Engagement

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys meeting homeowners

• Is motivated by results and excited by commission-based earning potential

• Is detail-oriented and confident with measurements, numbers, and pricing

• Follows through relentlessly — every lead, every follow-up, every time

• Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally, in person and on the phone

• Is self-driven and comfortable prospecting and networking in the community

• Is organized and comfortable working in a CRM and following defined systems and SOPs

• Is committed to continuous learning and growth

• Is passionate about total ownership

Construction sales or estimating experience is a plus, but drive, coachability, and follow-through matter even more.
