We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their culinary skills. Key Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring to ensure timely and efficient kitchen operations Assist in setting up workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Support the kitchen team during service hours by providing prepared ingredients as needed Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks We foster a positive, inclusive work environment that values teamwork, creativity, and growth.
