You'll work across multiple entities where no two days are alike—one day you're managing data entry, the next you're handling whatever the organization needs. This is a temp-to-hire position where your performance directly determines your path to permanent employment—no politics, no favoritism. Just hard work that leads to real opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute data entry accurately and efficiently across multiple organizational entities
• Own office operations: scheduling, correspondence, records management, and file organization
• Tackle whatever needs doing that day—from special projects to urgent tasks to routine operations
• Deliver accuracy under pressure: prepare and maintain reports and business records that leadership can rely on
• Proactively support leadership with daily tasks and special initiatives—anticipate needs before being asked
• Protect what matters: maintain confidentiality and professional standards without compromise
• Take initiative: work independently, problem-solve on the fly, and drive your own success
• Master Microsoft Office Suite to get the job done efficiently
