Urgent Care Physician Assistant

SSM Health is seeking PRN Advanced Practice Providers (APPs - PA or NP) to join our Urgent Care PRN Pool, supporting multiple Ambulatory Care Centers (ACCs) across the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for experienced providers looking for supplemental shifts. Practice Locations: Providers must be flexible to work at any of the following SSM Health Ambulatory Care Centers: Covell (Edmond) Harrah El Reno Purcell NW 63rd Street (Oklahoma City) Details: Minimum requirement: one 12-hour shift every 90 days $75.00 per hour Position Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries Provide care for patients of all ages Perform common urgent care procedures (suturing, casting, splinting) Experience reading X-rays is preferred Required Qualifications: Board Certified : Nurse Practitioner (FNP) ANCC or AANP Physician Assistant NCCPA / PANCE Active Oklahoma NP or PA license BLS certification required EHR proficiency Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or similar fast paced clinical setting About SSM Health: With care delivery sites in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin, SSM Health provides convenient access to high-quality community-based services as well as world-class academic medicine, clinical trials, and research studies.
