We offer year round employment and we are looking for a part-time to full-time pool repair technician. Pool Scouts is looking for a year-round high-quality pool maintenance specialist with a natural work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude, and experience or an aptitude in the field. In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, the pool maintenance specialist would also be required to make minor repairs to the pool as necessary. Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.Everyone enjoys a relaxing day poolside, but we all know that having a pool is more than just cannonballs and belly flops. There is work to be done – it takes service, maintenance and care to deliver the fun and relaxation that our clients expect from their pool. If you have transferable repair experience we can train you on pool equipment. - Possess a willingness to do the job right and take pride in your work - Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check. - Should be available to work 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at least two days per week or more as the role grows - Must have a valid Texas driver's license without restrictions, having your own truck is a plus. - Ability to work for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures. - Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. - High proficiency with repairs, emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.- We provide a safe & happy work environment. - Quality paid training with our lead technicians. - No nights!
