Member Assist Cart Attendant

You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help members with their purchases, keep carts ready, and assist members loading vehicles to create a great member experience. Constant movement, rain or shine. What You'll Do Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, contact members about delays or unavailable items, and offer alternatives. Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise, and report unsafe situations. Acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, process purchases, handle payments, operate cash registers, locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, resolve member issues, promote products, maintain carts/flatbeds, transport items, use cart retrieval equipment, and maintain parking lot cleanliness. Comply with company policies and ethics, apply the Open Door Policy. Manage work assignments, collaborate with managers and coworkers, identify priorities and deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change. Compensation Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00. Premiums may be added, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Benefits Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
