Registered Nurse NICU

Schedule: 12-Hour Nights; 18:45 - 07:15. 36 Hours Only.

Assignment Details: Contracts from 13 weeks up to February 27, 2027. No call requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU.
• Experience with vents.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP.
• Unit will accept first-time travelers. Local candidates accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for premature infants and various surgical diagnoses.
• Participate in special procedures such as therapeutic hypothermia and nitric oxide therapy.
• Monitor patient's health and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment specific to the NICU.
• Float to Pediatric, PICU, and nursery as needed.
• Self-scheduling based on unit needs.

Compliance / Notes

RTO after booking is not allowed; RTO limited to 7 days maximum for automated offers. Unit orientation includes 24 hours of unit-specific training. Scrubs must be navy blue or white.
