Job Title: Leasing Agent 

Location: Mines Rd 

Pay Range: $16/h 

What’s the Job?

• Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents
• Explain lease terms, pricing, floor plans, and community amenities
• Process rental applications, credit/background checks, and lease paperwork
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and availability

What’s Needed?

• Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred)
• Experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, property management systems)
