New Home Sales Specialist

Metric Geo is partnering with a Top 5 National Homebuilder to hire a New Home Sales Consultant in Greenville, NC This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to join one of the nation's leading homebuilders with exceptional earning potential and long-term career growth. Responsibilities Guide buyers through the entire new home purchasing process. Conduct model home and community tours. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers. Follow up with leads and manage an active sales pipeline. Meet and exceed individual sales goals. Work closely with construction, mortgage, and title teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Motivated to succeed in a commission-driven environment. Ability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends.
