Within Integrated Services, our Digital Product Team leads the charge on creating innovative software for our customers. We are looking for passionate product professionals who will continue to help us redefine the future of mobility.As a Digital Product Manager at Ford, you will work cross-functionally to ensure the products we build will meet and elevate our customer's experience.ResponsibilitiesThrough listening to customer data and feedback, you will work to define new digital products to enhance the customer experience.Work with a team to define product artifacts (PRDs, PRFAQs, Strategy Documents) for digital productsManage product lifecycle, prioritize product backlog, collaborate with design and engineering teams, gather and analyze market and customer data.Maintain a balance between business viability, user desirability and technical feasibility while delivering software products with a team.Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that creates excellent user experiences.Conduct product experiments, user interviews and other validation techniques to gather customer and product insights.Analyze data to make sure it is guiding us to make the best decisions for our customers.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications :Ability to build and manage product backlogs; can define and prioritize product featuresStrong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organizationA deep passion for your customers, their needs, and for building/shipping products to meet these needsDemonstrated effectiveness in complex organizationsSolid analytical skillsStrong interest in hybrid and electric vehiclesCuriosity around new technologies and a strong desire for continued learningProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteNice-to-haves:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringExperience with vehicle software systems and electrified vehicle architectureAn understanding of vehicle and battery energy characteristics4+ years full time professional experience3+ years as a product manager, with successful product launches in the past3+ years defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps3+ years experience with Figma's prototyping features and managing product development using JiraYou may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
