Location 232 County Road 29,Leadville, CO, 80461,United States Base Pay $17.00 - $18.50 / Hour Job Category Employee Employee Type Seasonal - FT Manage Others No Contact information Name Josh Duran Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Description Duties and responsibilities Aid in the maintenance of all building fixtures and appliances to ensure proper and safe function Snow/ice removal in and around base area facilities Janitorial duties, particularly after operation hours – vacuuming, cleaning, wiping down, etc. Any other reasonable tasks assigned Qualifications Must be 16+ (18 preferred) with a current and valid Driver’s License High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic knowledge of janitorial tasks Strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude Working conditions The Facilities I position is based both inside and outside, and is exposed to temperature extremes (above 85 degrees and below 20 degrees), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice) and high altitudes (10,500+ feet).
