No previous travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training, certification, and ongoing mentorship are provided. This position is well suited for individuals who value structure, flexibility, and long-term skill development.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to plan and book travel experiences aligned with their preferences
• Research destinations, resorts, and travel options
• Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Provide professional customer service before and after travel
• Participate in basic marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services (training provided)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
• Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service skills
• Marketing skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
