Onboarding Specialist

Onboarding Specialist - $25/hour

• Location: Brentwood, TN
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid - in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays; remote Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additional in-office training during the first two weeks may be required.
• Employment Type: Long-term contract with potential to go permanent; no guarantee of conversion.
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for clinical and administrative new hires.
• Communicate with candidates and follow up on outstanding documents and requirements.
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing a high volume of candidates.
• Support the HR Operations team as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to learn new systems quickly.
• HR, recruiting, onboarding, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• ATS experience is a plus.
• Background check and drug screen required.
