Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train staff and contractors on safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety among all team members and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Experience in managing safety programs within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively train and guide teams.
- Ability to identify potential risks and implement proactive safety measures.
- Familiarity with incident investigation and reporting processes.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of workplace safety and compliance.
