Responsibilities

• Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other custom stonework using pavers, natural stone, and block materials
• Prepare and grade project sites to ensure proper drainage and stability
• Cut and shape stone, brick, and concrete materials to precise specifications
• Mix and apply mortar or adhesives as required for each project
• Read and interpret project plans and layout designs to ensure accurate construction
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project

Qualifications

• Experience in masonry, hardscaping, or a related construction field
• Knowledge of materials such as concrete, brick, stone, and pavers
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and layouts
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
