This role focuses on assisting with production tasks, preparing materials, and supporting daily shop operations. No prior fabrication or welding experience is required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Training Schedule: During the training period, employees will work on 1st Shift to learn shop processes, equipment, and safety procedures before transitioning to the regular 2nd Shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with cutting, bending, and preparing materials for productionOperate basic shop equipment and hand toolsFollow work orders and support daily production goalsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport team members with general shop tasksRequirementsPrior work experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment preferredAbility to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environmentStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learnComfortable working with tools and in a production settingAbility to work the 2nd Shift schedule (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) after completing trainingPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyAbility to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shiftAbility to work safely in a production and manufacturing environment
