Position Details Location: Westlake, OH Schedule: School-day hours (aligned with student schedules) Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor) and W2 options available Availability: 6 hours per week (3 hours per day over the course of 2 days) This is an in-person, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. While services are delivered during school hours, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your day and caseload Streamlined technology – Sessions are delivered through our proprietary platform, simplifying scheduling, documentation, and service delivery Efficient scheduling tools – Our platform includes auto‑scheduling capabilities for many assignments, reducing time spent coordinating sessions Opportunities for growth – Flexibility to build and expand your caseload over time based on your preferences and availability Licensure support – Support for cross‑licensing in additional states as opportunities arise Key Responsibilities Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs Conduct assessments and implement interventions Develop goals and track student progress Complete documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders Scheduling Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Scheduling is aligned with student availability Structured caseloads and scheduling support Requirements Active Ohio license, required CCC-SLP preferred Active Ohio BCI Background check Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred) Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr Enable My Child Ltd
