As Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of SFCC-based e-commerce solutions for our diverse portfolio of client brands. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client goals and objectives. NOTE: We are only accepting applicants with SFCC Technical Lead experience Responsibilities Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of e-commerce solutions for various client brands. Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and recommend technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices across projects. Proactively identify technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement effective resolutions to optimize client outcomes. Stay updated on SFCC platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution and delivery. Requirements 5 years of experience in developing and customizing SFCC-based e-commerce solutions, preferably within an agency or consulting environment. Experience leading and managing a team of developers, with a collaborative and client-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems. SFCC Developer certifications are a plus.
