Manufacturing Production Operator
With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. Our team in Tallassee, AL is accepting applications for Manufacturing Production Operators with our premier client TI Automotive! This position requires repetitive and consistent heavy lifting with regular bending. Additional responsibilities include moving products and attention to detail for quality inspections. Your work directly contributes to the production, efficiency and safety, making you a vital part of TI's success. We offer a collaborative, team-focused work environment with strong support and regular breaks - every 2 hours, plus a 30-minute lunch or dinner break.

Shift times: 1st Shift 4am - 2:30pm 2nd Shift 4pm - 2:30am.
Duties: Our Roles have a 10 minute break every 2 hours and a 30 minute lunch break during the 5th hour. Shifts are 10 or 12 hours. Available Positions: Nylon Role - Requires repetitive and consistent heavy lifting while bending. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to moving products and excellent attention to detail for quality inspections.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
Work Location: TIA Tallassee, Tallassee, AL 36078. Job Types: Assembly, General Labor, General Production, General Warehouse, Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse. Industry: Warehouse/Distribution. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $14.00 - $14.50 per hour.
