Behavior Analyst

Hope Network is seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and analyze data to guide treatment decisions. You will collaborate with an inclusive, interdisciplinary team, provide training to direct care staff and families, and document progress in alignment with clinical and ethical standards. This position offers the opportunity to support individuals with disabilities toward greater independence while growing professionally through ongoing learning and community impact projects.
