Test Automation Software EngineerPosition: Test Automation Software Engineer Location: Warrenton, VA. Centennial, CO. Augusta, GA. The Test Automation Engineer will develop and execute testing capabilities to continuously verify and validate interfaces and acceptance criteria. They design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure software quality, efficiency, and reliability.Responsibilities:Develop test automation that is repeatable, maintainable, and executable without interventionCoordinate with developers for test driver needs and compatibilityMake automated test threads and scripts are version controlledMaintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and automation frameworksAutomate regression testing to enable continuous integrationDesign reusable and modular test scripts for multiple test scenariosIntegrate automated test into CI/CDContinuously improve testing processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and adopt new testing technologies for efficiency and robustnessRequired Qualifications:United States citizenActive TS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or Software EngineeringMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceAccuracy, mathematical aptitude, time management, and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex integration challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDesired Qualifications:Active CI PolyExperience in managing large and complex software and mission integration projects.Experience in working with a variety of business leaders, IT professionals, and customersThe anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the scope of the position, relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, customer contractual requirements, security clearance requirements, and other legitimate business considerations.
