PSP Product Leader

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our offices! Major Responsibilities Identify and strategize growth opportunities. Lead and manage a team of specialty lines professionals. Coordinate actuarial, captive, and other consulting services. Serve as product line responsibility for all assigned clients, including communications and market interactions. Maintain senior underwriting relationships and oversee product line marketing interactions. Negotiate with underwriters on renewals and new business opportunities. Prepare and negotiate fee‑based pricing of services to ensure profitability. Penetrate all product line offerings, matching client needs with Aon solutions. Leverage Aon's network to align resources and solve complex risk challenges. Accountable for developing new and existing business, delivering global service through network relationships. Develop new client opportunities in accounting, consulting, and other professional services arenas. Analyze risk‑financing programs and perform coverage comparisons with brokers. Secure existing business and drive additional service sales across solution lines. Collaborate with Producers on new business opportunities. Conduct periodic needs assessments and coordinate resources to execute solutions. Maintain current industry data and propose innovative ideas for risk management. Frequent international travel required. Skills and Experience Proven high revenue‑generating track record. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong technical insurance knowledge in specialty lines. Strong client‑management relationship skills. Strong project management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage, motivate and coach direct reports. Results oriented. Education Bachelor's degree required; actuarial or CFA designations considered; MBA or other graduate degree a plus. Minimum 15 years specialty insurance experience. Consideration for candidates with broking, underwriting, actuarial, captive, or commercial insurance experience, preferably in professional, financial or management liability lines. Corporate risk‑management experience in a professional services firm also considered. Salary and Incentives The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $325,000 annually. The position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans.
