Engineering Supervisor

Salary/Pay Rate: Hiring Range: $85,876.25 to $105,198.41/Annually DOQ - Salary Range Maximum: $124,520.57/Annually Posted Date: 05/28/2026 6:00 p.m. Summary of position To assist in directing, managing, supervising, and coordinating the programs and activities of the Engineering Division; performing a variety of professional engineering work; and providing highly responsible and complex administrative support to the City Engineer. License or Certifications Possession of, or ability to obtain, an Arizona driver's license within two months of hire. Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an Arizona Professional Civil Engineer registration or Project Management Professional Certification within six months of hire. Experience and Training Five years or more of increasingly responsible experience in civil engineering including two years of administrative or supervisory responsibility. Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in civil engineering.
