Physical Therapist Role & Responsibilities Provide patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist in various clinical settings. Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to safety, compliance, and documentation standards. Qualifications & Skills Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Ability to meet onboarding requirements including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam. Strong clinical and communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and settings. Key Duties Deliver high-quality patient care during 8-hour days. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
