Director of Nursing (DON)Complete Care at Marcella is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team at our 150-bed skilled nursing facility with a 5-star overall CMS rating.We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
